Ferri has developed a structural restoration and consolidation system called FerriTECHNIC through the use of a range of new-concept materials and innovative techniques that are more effective and easier to apply, such as structural mortars and concrete suitable for the restoration and consolidation of deteriorated walls and facades, where different structural and construction elements often coexist, such as reinforced concrete, plaster and exposed bricks, to the detriment of the stability and aesthetic value of the facades themselves. Moreover, due to the deterioration to which the cementitious plasters are exposed, even safety can be compromised with the consequent risk of plaster detachment and danger of collapse. CHARACTERISTICS The damage that can occur in a building are of varying nature and extent, depending on the case, the system for facade Renovation works on moisture stains, which can prevent annoying and harmful leakage into the building and cracks. The system for Armed Structural Reinforcement uses a series of products, from nets to mortars, bio lime and connectors made of glass or carbon yarn, which are also highly performing in seismic areas. Sistema Massetto FerriFLOOR is the most complete solution adapted to the new building requirements dictated by the new regulatory system, aimed at improving both the quality and energy efficiency and the environmental comfort of a building in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation and habitability. It consists of a wide range of products that meets the needs of the market and design using a single reference and company: from the light and insulating substrate for the incorporation of the floor systems, from the load distribution layer of the finishing screed to the glue for the final laying of any type of coating (parquet, ceramic, marble, etc..). CHARACTERISTICS Ferrimix Lightweight Subfloors are the ideal solution for levelling floor systems and various fillings on floors. They are ready-to-use pre-mixed products in bags. Ferri offers different solutions in the form of Traditional Screed and Radiant Screeds that are suitable for the most varied uses thanks to their high thermal conductivity and anti-shrinkage. While the Self-levelling Screed, thanks to its fluid mixture, enables the easy application and perfect adhesion. With the low thickness levels you can properly calibrate the characteristics of your self-levelling products thanks to the high fluid capacity. The wide range also includes Primers and polyurethane Consolidators for moisture-sensitive floors and dampness retardant Primers, as well as synthetic resin-based laying additives particularly suitable for the building sector and screed additives that guarantee high performance. Alkaline-resistant glass fibre screed nets enable better load distribution, thus providing greater strength, i.e. Tile Powder Adhesives are suitable for improving workability and adhesion, both on cement-based primers and on mature cement-based screeds. The Tile Sealants can be made up of components made up of epoxy resins, quartz fillers and specific additives and are used for grouting joints in general. There are also a number of Complementary Accessories, such as high-density sound-absorbing mats.

Waterproofing System | FerriPROOF
Ferri has developed the "FerriPROOF" Waterproofing System, a set of innovative technical solutions through the use of newly developed materials that are more effective and easier to apply. CHARACTERISTICS The insulating power of thermal insulation materials is linked to the value of 'thermal conductivity', Ferri relies on the major producers of insulating panels on the market. The range of FERRI Smoothing Adhesives is composed of 5 specific products with unique and high performance characteristics. The Cementizi Ferri waterproofing products can be Biocalce plinths for restoration and protection of damp and saline walls and Cementizi Monocomponent waterproofing products for waterproofing. The Ferri Coating Nets used in thermal insulation are manufactured with glass yarns and after weaving are impregnated with resins. The fixed pressure anchors and expansion anchors are a quick, practical and economical system for more effective and durable fixing of thermal-acoustic insulating panels. The company also supplies a series of different accessories such as mounting elements, cutters and bevellers, decorative profiles for facades.

Ferri has developed a FerriCOLOR Colour System that offers various types of coatings according to the needs (acrylics, siloxanes, lime bases, silicates, elastomers and acrylic-siloxanes) of the end customer. Research and experience have led to the creation of 5 product lines distinguished by the nature of the binder: acrylic, siloxane, elastomeric, silicates and lime. These are highly technological products specifically designed for the preparation of substrates and the execution of finishes. A wide range of products in continuous evolution, of high quality, ready to satisfy every need of painting, maintenance, conservation and restoration both inside and outside. CHARACTERISTICS The product lines are differentiated by their type of binder, there is a caste range of Acrylics and Vinyl, suitable for any type of operation, Siloxanes for covering paints can be easily applied in order to create homogeneous surfaces that will last over time, Elastomeric, Silicates that offer good resistance to atmospheric agents as well as to wear and tear, organic lime, coloured mineral paint for exterior and interior use, applicable on lime and/or cement based plasters and/or skimmers and Wall Cleaners, which have been specifically designed for the cleaning, refurbishment and restoration of walls and claddings.

Biocalce mortars, plasters and screeds | FerriBio
This line includes products made from natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5 and bio-compatible substitute materials, creating a system suitable for achievements in bio-architecture and historical restoration. Thanks to the experimentation, Ferri can propose innovative and environmentally friendly solutions. CHARACTERISTICS In the Biocalce Malte line there are products that are used for the construction of walls made of brick, blocks, stone, etc or for facing masonry and for the design of masonry vestments made of brick or natural stone. For the Biocalce Betoncini line there are specific structural mortars for breathable structural reinforcement, structural mortars used as reinforcement plaster/betoncino and mortars with fire resistance class A1. The Biocalce Plaster line includes plasters suitable for masonry with increasing humidity, breathable plasters for restoration, fibre-reinforced plasters, dehumidifying plasters. Biocalce adhesives and skimming plaster are used in the restoration of old buildings for the gluing of insulating panels and levelling with mesh. The BIO Screeds line is also suitable for the installation on radiant floor systems, thanks to its low inertia and high thermal conductivity.
