Founded in 2023 by architect Paolo Lettieri, 29 MILANO is a design studio that combines aesthetics and functionality in an innovative way.

The name refers to the number 29, a symbol of transformation and creativity, elements that guide the studio's design vision. Based in Milan, an iconic city of design, 29 MILANO is dedicated to creating distinctive furnishings that combine advanced technologies and artisanal craftsmanship. Paolo Lettieri brings over twenty years of experience in architecture and real estate, with projects completed both in Italy and abroad.

After graduating in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano under the guidance of Marco Dezzi Bardeschi, Lettieri delved into the study of functionalism and the works of Bruno Zevi, key influences that are reflected in his design vision.

In 2009, he founded the UPA Italia studio, in a joint venture with Urbanism Planning Architecture Consultancy in Abu Dhabi, where he developed complex architectural projects such as hotels, hospitals, schools, universities, auditoriums, and large-scale master plans.

His interest in contemporary architecture and 20th-century design icons like Frank Lloyd Wright has decisively influenced his stylistic choices in creating 29 MILANO. The studio represents for Lettieri a space where he can express his passion for design, giving life to a collection of furnishings that combines digital innovation and artisanal mastery. By using blockchain to certify the uniqueness of each piece, 29 MILANO aims to create furnishing solutions that embody a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.
