A.LT ARCHITEKTI is an architecture firm founded in 2001, based in Prague, Czech Republic. The firm specializes in residential and public architecture projects, and is known for its attention to detail and design innovation. The founders of the firm, Ing. arch. Peter Lacko and Ing. arch. Filip Tittelbach, both graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the ČVUT (Czech Technical University) in 1994. Peter Lacko has been a member of the Czech Chamber of Architects since 2000 and an honorary member of the Slovak Chamber of Architects since 2008, while Filip Tittelbach has held assistant roles at the same faculty and at the Faculty of Architecture at TU Graz.

The new Koněvova residential building, with its visual language blending retro and contemporary styles, engages in a dialogue with the picturesque Žižkov neighborhood of Prague where it is located. Amidst the bohemian atmosphere of this part of the city, which originated during the turbulent industrial era of the mid-19th century and the post-industrial periphery, the project offers 1387 square meters of built area for new apartments

This architectural marvel was born out of respect for strict local regulations, which prohibit new constructions and mandate not exceeding a maximum built-up area of 50 m².
