Edoardo Pennazio trained in architecture at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture in Lyon, the Aalto University of Helsinki and the Polytechnic of Turin graduating in Architecture for Sustainability. After professional collaborations with international architecture studios such as Aedas, MVarchitects and the OBR studio, in 2014 he founded the Pennazio Architetti studio, placing sustainability and quality of life as central themes of his works. This approach takes concrete form in the creation of architectures aimed at the recovery, building renovation and interior design, dealing with interventions in their entirety: from the architectural project to the design of the individual furnishings

Among the historical buildings of old Turin, Architect Edoardo Pennazio converts an old workshop into a Pizzeria Gourmet, an informal style restaurant where the master pizza makers perform from a central counter and create their works
