Two architects with a shared vision
Cadence was established as a collaborative architecture studio by architects Narendra Pirgal (B.Arch, R.V.C.E.), Vikram Rajashekar (B.Arch, R.V.C.E.), and Smaran Mallesh (B.Arch, R.V.C.E., M.Arch, Ohio State University, USA) in the year 2005. Having studied in the same architecture school, they shared a common philosophy and vision in design. Since their practice from the beginning was speculative, it was essential to have a studio that designed as a 'studio'.
Designing as a sensory experience
The design process aims to transcend the obvious and create a more enjoyable and sensory experience, buildings that celebrate life and therefore make strong statements, statements that create a sense of identity not only for themselves but also for their users. Over the years, this design philosophy combined with an efficient management system and a pragmatic approach has allowed the team to handle projects of various sizes and complexities.
