CAVAA is the architecture studio founded in 2009 in Barcelona by two friends and university colleagues, Jordi Calbetó and Oriol Vañó.

House Laila, in just 50 square meters an apartment in continuous space

The architecture firm CAVAA is the protagonist of the intervention on the Laia house, a 50sqm apartment, with poorly ventilated and illuminated space, transformed into a continuous space, minimizing partition walls and creating a unique false ceiling

From a large duplex to two separate houses. Combining modernity and stately character

The CAVAA arquitectes project adapts a large duplex to new family needs, dividing it into two independent apartments. The challenge is to preserve the elegant elements characterizing the original space without depriving itself of a touch of modernity

In the historical centre of Vilanova i la Geltru, in Barcelona, a former carpentry shop is transformed into a living space by the CAVAA arquitectes studio, with doors and windows overlooking the central area, enhancing the natural lighting.
