Freddy Bonilla / estudio, also known as FB+ estudio, is an architecture studio based in Loja, Ecuador, led by Freddy Bonilla. The studio stands out for integrating vernacular construction techniques and using local and recycled materials, promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly architecture.

One of the studio's flagship projects is the Casa Cóndor, a family residence located in the Loja valley. Completed in 2019, the house was built using recycled materials from a previous dwelling on the site, such as adobe, wood, and tiles.

In addition to his design work, Freddy Bonilla is active in the field of architectural photography, documenting architectural works and contributing to the dissemination of design culture. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad Internacional del Ecuador and has been a member of the Ecuadorian Photographers Association since 2016.

Casa Cóndor responds to the architectural program of receiving, hosting, cooking, and living: located in one of the valleys of Loja, Ecuador, the house utilizes the materials available in the area, adapting them to an architecture that meets the needs of the users.
