The founders and their academic background in Buenos Aires

Architecture studio founded in 2011 in Buenos Aires by Franco Riccheri and Agustín Mendiondo. Both are architects graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism at the University of Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA), teaching at the same academic institution since 2011/2009. Since 2015, Riccheri has been a course assistant at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the National University of La Plata (FAU-UNLP), while Mendiondo has started a specialization course in teaching at FADU-UBA.

Single-family homes on a reduced budget

The design of small to medium-sized single-family homes has been a recurring theme in the professional studio since its inception, with projects completed both in Buenos Aires and in the province of Rio Negro. In the context of PRO.CRE.AR. financing, aimed at first homes, the studio has concurrently developed four projects where small sizes and limited budgets are a common denominator.
