NURBANA Architectural Development is a studio born with the goal of managing any type of project from start to finish. Its philosophy is based on the turnkey concept, offering complete solutions that include business model development, architectural design, and construction management.

A Team with Experience

NURBANA's experience allows the studio to work on its own projects and support clients in any phase or aspect of the project. The synergy between entrepreneur Norton Carlos FigotSheinberg (qepd) and architect Michel AndreFigotKuthy gave life to the first project in 2016. Since then, they have completed nearly a dozen buildings, residences, and apartments, creating a portfolio of integrated and successful developments.

Norton Carlos FigotSheinberg (qepd)

A professional chemical engineer, Norton began his career in real estate and construction in 2005 as an investing partner. With his legal, tax, and administrative skills, he became the director of the developer METRA. Later, he founded his own development and construction company with his son, successfully leveraging his legal and administrative knowledge and skills.

Michel AndreFigotKuthy

A graduated architect with honors from the Iberoamerican University (UIA) in 2011, Michel started his career working for METRA during his studies. After experiences in design projects, renovations, and interiors, he deepened his passion for sustainability by collaborating with a specialized green roofs studio. These skills led him to hold prominent roles such as project leader at Serrano Monjaraz and project manager at Estrategia Urbana. In 2016, he co-founded NURBANA Architectural Development with Norton Figot, combining their expertise to create innovative and sustainable projects.
