Founded in 2001 by Jean Baptiste Pietri, a graduate of the Paris-Belleville School of Architecture, PietriArchitectes, based in Paris, has about twenty members. The agency operates mainly in the Paris region and in the south-east of France, with a great variety of projects: from public to private, from the individual house, to the office tower or even in a luxury hotel. The agency claims a demanding and poetic architectural approach, built and developed around its own philosophy: "romantic rationalism". PietriArchitectes is also the winner of two other projects: in addition to Linkcity, for a student residence, a hotel and a nursing home located in Asnières-sur-Seine, also with Vinci Immobilier for a housing program in Neuilly-sur-Seine
