The exhibition is divided into two sections: the first houses the artist's extraordinary cycle of frescoes with a chivalric theme, while the second offers an interpretation of the relationship between late Gothic art in the Lombard-Venetian area and Pisanello
Setting up of the exhibition " Tumulto del mondo " on display at the Ducal Palace in Mantua
In the monumental setting of the Ducal Palace, the staging of the exhibition "Tumult of the World" accompanies the visitor through the works of Pisanello
The layout, designed by the Archiplan studio, in the first section is presented in the form of a small architecture; thus it is reestablished adequate proportions to best appreciate the small works on display, otherwise overpowered by the monumentality of the large room in which they are located
The second section welcomes the visitor with an apparatus that partially conceals the view of the extraordinary sculptural work that closes the exhibition. A black background abstracts the pictorial works from their architectural context, while the arrangement designed around the sculptures enhances their plasticity, allowing for a full three-dimensional view
