The reinterpretation of the project of the Marquis of San Adrián's Palace, the 8 columns that move and adapt in their new environment which is part of the Municipal Market of Abastos are distributed in a linear fashion following the layout of 4 existing metallic columns located in the center of the main courtyard
The concept of the installation is an analogy of the existing columns; the 8 new columns, with a height of 3 meters and a diameter of 25 centimeters integrate into the context unobtrusively, in black finish, they seem to emerge from the floor: one can wander around them, admire them from various points or simply touch them. These columns are manufactured with disposable cardboard construction tubes
