GELATOWALL: the subversion of stereotypes that starts from ice cream

A highly expressive figuration that alters the known to border into new worlds: GELATOWALL subverts the simple act of serving ice cream in favor of new extremely contemporary perceptual and usage modes, and it does so with simplicity, essentiality, and communicative strength.

Can the complexity of our time be translated into simplicity?

Gelatowall is more than a design project. Gelatowall is the manifesto of the creative and visionary thinking of its author, Simone Micheli. In this project, he materializes his ability to translate the complexity and challenges of our time into simplicity, without sacrificing beauty and innovation.

Gelatowall enhances the products to be dispensed through a contemporary approach, making the user experience a unique sensory journey. It demonstrates how design can be a powerful tool to redefine perceptual modes and the use of objects and spaces, transforming every interaction into something extraordinary.

Where you would have never imagined

The ergonomic and dimensional dynamics of Gelatowall open up unprecedented possibilities, making it possible to create an extraordinary and irresistible gelateria in places that your imagination would have never conceived.

With a smart and compact design, this machine is the result of meticulous study and design mastery aimed at ensuring maximum efficiency and functionality.

Gelatowall not only revolutionizes the traditional concept of ice cream dispensing, but propels us towards new future scenarios, where technology and innovation redefine the taste experience in a surprising and cutting-edge way.

...but how does it work?

GelatoWall, an advanced system for ice cream dispensing, integrates numerous innovative features to ensure efficiency, convenience, and a unique experience.

The core of the system is the automated opening of the hatches, made possible by a sophisticated laser detection system. With three operating programs (Automatic, Loading, Cleaning), the operator can easily access the refrigerated compartment without the need to touch anything. Upon their departure, the hatches close automatically, ensuring hygiene and safety.

The external facade of GelatoWall is characterized by a mirrored glass cladding, designed to accommodate an interactive videowall. This system allows customization of the customer's visual experience, displaying available flavors and interactive graphics, enhancing the visual and communicative impact of the product.

The internal lighting, activated by the opening of the hatches, is provided by 3000°K LED strips, which illuminate the refrigerated compartment uniformly, without creating annoying shadows, thus enhancing the displayed products.

Innovative Payment System

Gelatowall also integrates an innovative payment system, EasyPay. This allows customers to select and pay for their ice cream directly through a touch screen totem, making payments with a credit card and automatically sending the order to the operator, speeding up the sales process.

Another strength of the system is the internal condensing unit, designed as a compact plug-in and environmentally friendly thanks to the use of the eco-friendly gas R455a. For those who prefer, an external unit configuration is also available.

The touch control panel of Gelatowall ensures a simple and intuitive interface for the operator. Connectivity is ensured by an integrated SIM card, allowing for remote monitoring through a Cloud portal, enabling the monitoring of the machine's performance and alarms. Additionally, Gelatowall is certified according to the criteria of the National Industry 4.0 Plan, offering the possibility to benefit from tax credits.
