Premium Plus, the revolution of the PosaClima installation system.

What issues does it face?

The goal of the new PosaClima system is to address a series of issues encountered by internal door installers when using screws for fastening, including:

• Slowness in positioning the screws under the door frame gaskets
• Difficulty in drilling iron frames into plasterboard walls and in straightening wooden door frames with screws
• Instability of the fastening during renovations when, to fit the door, it was necessary to remove a part of the old wooden false frame, forcing the installer to fasten directly to the wall

The heart of the new system

The heart of the system is the innovative foaming adhesive DOOR FIX, capable of bonding the door frame to the false frame without the need for screws. The foaming adhesive is characterized by

• extremely fast curing time (less than 20 minutes for complete hardening)
• great dimensional stability (+/-2%)
• excellent sound insulation properties (62 dB of acoustic insulation).

Mechanical fastening

Mechanical fastening is achieved with special self-expanding wedges DOOR BLOCK that replace old wooden wedges, to be positioned on the upper crosspiece at the corners of the frame. These wedges work for gaps from 6 to 22 mm thick. Frame alignment is facilitated by special mounting jigs DOOR FRAME that align the frame and, during foaming, counteract the foam pressure. The PosaClima Indoor Premium Plus system has been tested at the Giordano laboratory, passing mechanical sealing tests for Class 4 doors, the highest possible for hinged doors, and is guaranteed for 10 years in mechanical sealing performance.
