Two-component pure epoxy resin without styrene, certified seismic and green.

BCR E-PLUS is a qualified ETA product (European Technical Assessment) for anchoring in concrete according to EAD 330499-01-0601 and EAD 330087-01-0601 in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation 305/2011. It has a service life of 100 years compared to the standard value of 50 years and is ideal for large projects.

Features

Seismic qualification C2 for diameters from M12 to M24 and seismic qualification for post-installed connections of bars with enhanced bond for all seismicity levels for diameters from 12 mm to 32 mm.
Ideal for structural reinforcement interventions and seismic upgrades.
Static and quasi-static qualification for threaded bars from M8 to M30 and for bars with enhanced bond from 8 to 32 mm. Qualified for holes drilled with both a drill and a diamond core drill.
Qualified installation with vacuum drills to reduce dust exposure and increase productivity by reducing cleaning times. Fire resistance performance for post-installed connections of bars with enhanced bond, up to a maximum of R240.

Reduced edge distances and minimum spacing to allow for even the most challenging installations.
Maximum anchoring depth up to twenty times the nominal diameter of the threaded bar.
Installation depth for post-installed connections of bars with enhanced bond up to 2500 mm of drilling. Increased fluidity to allow installation in deep holes and low-temperature situations. Thixotropic product, qualified overhead application. Non-drip.
Qualified performance for dry, wet, and attached-hole concrete. Not affected by water/moisture.
The product hardens even in the presence of water.

Certified operating temperatures are in the ranges: -40°C/+40°C (max long-term T° = 24°C),
-40°C/+55°C (max long-term T° = 43°C) and -40°C/+80°C (max long-term T° = 50°C).
Reduced tightening times to increase productivity on-site. 24-month shelf life.
Application possible even in concrete temperatures from 0 to 40°C.
Post-installed connections allowed without increasing the installation depth in both cracked and non-cracked concrete. Due to its high bond strength and ease of penetration into porosities and voids, the product allows for secure fixing without expansion and therefore without stresses in the base material during installation.
The resin and hardener only mix during extrusion by passing the product through the dedicated mixer. No pre-mixing required.
Can also be used as repair and filling compound.
Suitable for fixings on masonry and wood and for consolidation works. Environmental qualifications related to VOC emissions LEED GOLD and compliant with CAM requirements.
