The anti-impact acoustic insulating panel with high thermoacoustic performance made of polyester fiber and rubber granules supports obtained from recycling of ELTs and EPDM with a thickness of 20, 30, or 50 mm
Ensuring high thermoacoustic insulation, the Highmat panel has easy installation and is very versatile.
The Highmat acoustic insulator consists of panels with two rubber supports inserted in a polyester fiber mat. The supports, measuring 300 x 50 mm, are made of granules and fibers of rubber obtained from recycling of ELTs and EPDM, agglomerated with polyurethane adhesives in a hot process, protected on one side by a tear-resistant synthetic non-woven fabric.
The dimensions of the mat are 1 m in width and 0.6 m in height, and the density is 60 kg/m³ for all different panel thicknesses. The dynamic stiffness is 10, 4, and 5 MN/m³ respectively for panels of 20, 30, and 50 mm, while the impact sound insulation is 34, 36, and 39 dB respectively for panels of 20, 30, and 50 mm.
Highmat 20, 30, or 50 can be used in floors with floating floors, in technical rooms, or in audio and video production studios.
The accessories available for this insulator are:
⦁ Profyle Flat, a vertical decoupling component made of adhesive polyethylene
⦁ Side Highmat, perimeter edge
⦁ Stik HD, a tape with high adhesive strength, characterized by superior performance in terms of resistance to weathering and aging
