The insulating roll with anti-impact properties coupled with rubber granules obtained from recycled ELTs and reduced thickness
High performance despite the reduced thickness, ease of installation, and resistance to moisture are the main characteristics of the Roll insulating roll.
The acoustic insulating roll made of fibers and rubber granules obtained from recycled ELTs hot-bonded with latex to a tear-resistant non-woven fabric support in gray color has a surface mass of 1.90 kg/m², a dynamic stiffness of 21 MN/m³, impact sound insulation of 32 dB, fire reaction class E, and thermal conductivity of 0.094 W/m K. The recycled material content inside the roll is 86%.
The panel dimensions are 500 cm in length and 104 cm in width, considering the 4 cm of lateral edge where the rolls overlap during installation. The thickness of the roll is 5 mm.
The ROLL roll is used for floating screed floors, in low-thickness screeds, and in the presence of underfloor heating.
The accessories available for this insulating material are:
⦁ Profyle, shaped decoupling component and adhesive, made of polyethylene.
⦁ Profyle Flat, vertical decoupling component made of adhesive polyethylene.
⦁ Stik HD, tape with high adhesive strength, characterized by superior performance in terms of weather resistance and aging.
