The disposable cardboard formwork for the construction of circular columns
Tubix-T is the most economical and simple solution for the construction of monolithic columns with both load-bearing and decorative functions: a disposable cardboard formwork used for the construction of circular section pillars.
Customizable based on desired diameter and height, it can have a diameter ranging from 15 to 120 cm and a height of up to 12m.
The internal lining of Tubix-T is in a spiral or smooth finish made of polyethylene-coated paper. The smooth finish allows the columns to be left exposed. The Tubix-T Form version, which complements the Tubix-T range, allows the construction of pillars with a section different from circular.
Two layers make up the formwork for Tubix-T columns: the outer one in cardboard, which ensures resistance to the hydrostatic pressure of the concrete pour, and the inner one in ESP, which allows obtaining the desired geometric shape.
The use of Tubix-T Form allows the elimination of nailing, strapping operations, and the obtaining of shaped pillars in the required forms, saving time and labor.
The system can be used for the creation of load-bearing pillars for all types of buildings and structures or for the construction of decorative and ornamental columns.
