The high-density (550 kg/m3) polyurethane foam mounting bracket has been designed with a specific focus on thermal bridge-free installation, significantly contributing to the thermal insulation of buildings. This solution is ideal for the installation of shading elements such as shutters, blinds, and sliding shutters, in different materials such as wood, aluminum, and PVC.
Its application is particularly advantageous in both new constructions and energy retrofit projects, where thermal insulation is a priority. The bracket's composition, with a PU resin core and an aluminum wire mesh embedded to a depth of 60 mm, ensures structural solidity.
This bracket has been designed in accordance with the requirements of UNI-TR 11715 at point 10.7.2 regarding the characteristics of heavy-duty fastening elements: the standard specifies that heavy-duty fastening elements (e.g., hinges for shutters) should be "made of highly dense insulating material reinforced with composite structures capable of supporting high loads."
The bracket is available in 5 different heights (100, 120, 140, 160, and 200 mm) complete with suitable screws and anchors (10mm, 120mm length) for hollow brick, solid brick, and concrete.
Suitable for the fastening of the following elements:
- Shading screens with point connection to hinges
- Frame shading screens
- Sliding shading screens
These elements can be connected to the bracket using the following fastening systems:
- Hinge with metric pitch (and chemical anchor fastening)
- Wood screw hinge
- Turbo screw
- Self-tapping screw
