The twenty-three floors of the Lotte World Tower are considered to be at the forefront of international design. The spaces are ethereal, bright, natural as well as airy and are the key to the commercial success of this building
The fifth tallest building in the world is located in Seoul. Ethereal, luminous spaces and futuristic interiors
Penson completes the project for the Lotte World Tower in Seoul. The fifth tallest building in the world with its twenty-three floors. There are showrooms, luxury salons, bars and offices with a minimalist futuristic design whose focal point is the use of natural and non-natural light
The project brought the right global approach to the Lotte World Tower by fusing iconic Asian elements with contemporary spaces to create a modern and timeless design. The Lotte Tower underlines the importance of merging international dynamics with oriental life. The designers wanted the design to enable Western and Eastern cultures to combine while maintaining their authentic characteristics
The 23 floors pay homage to traditional elemental Asian design, with hints of gold and green colours with warmer tones and wood in contrast to white cement. The entrance creates a relaxed atmosphere while the open-plan lounge areas are more dynamic within an environment with incredible views over the whole of Seoul
With the world's tallest glass observatory, the world's tallest swimming pool located inside the building, a seven-star hotel, new models of workspaces, residences and luxury shops this project has become an icon
