All the pieces of material that have been recovered from demolition have been disposed of for recycling: for example the steps and balustrades of the original stairs have become a chandelier. The rear parts of the house, which were not used, have been replaced by living areas open to the garden
It was a sustainable renovation that applies the surrealist technique of "Cubomania" to reuse and reinvent the demolished building materials, as is the case with the rear facade of the house. The trimmed square parts were rearranged for openings. The new facade also features a bricolage made of recycled bricks
