The ground floor is used for a local pharmacy, while each floor has three apartments, each connected by a small, bright staircase. Despite their small size, they have large windows and a small balcony or a glazed bay window in the corner of the building. Local tradition inspires the decorative motifs and materials of the facade
The roof is made of fiber-cement boards/tiles and the pattern that is used is a diagonal rhomboid. The pattern on the roof continues on the facades up to the ground floor, where the elevation is made of natural stone. The frames of windows and balconies are made of larch wood, the upper part of the roof is made of perforated metal and behind it are the chimneys and ventilation systems, which are cleverly hidden
