The facades of Altaire II are designed to reduce the passage of heat inside; the lighting is completely LED, and a water treatment system allows for reuse for irrigation. The residential tower's lobby is clad in Travertine Ocean Blue marble, creating an environment rich in textures and harmonious colors; two walls clad in soundproofing panels generate a change in texture within the space. The reception areas are located on the sides to promote central circulation and prevent a hierarchical position in the space
On the upper floors, three different types of PentHouses that meet various market needs allow for the dynamism of the facades. The glass volumes present on all sides of the building create the visual finish that a tower like this needed. To allow for the necessary privacy, lattices inspired by vegetation direct views over the Valley of Mexico, limiting them in other directions
With Altaire II, the Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos studio wins the challenge of an architectural proposal that has its own personality and identity, nullifying the idea of repetitive elements that had been established in the residential complex's master plan, thanks to the contemporary design that harmonizes with the lifestyle and comfort of its inhabitants
