Where the scent of Mediterranean pines mixes with the crystal clear sea, Architect Francesca Cutini renovates a residence that overhangs close to the cliff of Es Vedrà with a view of Formentera. Away from discos and night noises, far from everything, the house is immersed in a park full of pine trees, the blue sky and an enchanting view of Es Vedrà and that stretch of sea in front of the Rabbits' Island
Restructuring in Formentera. Light as the protagonist between breathtaking views and large structures
In a rural context, typical of the island of Ibizenca, Francesca Cutini, Milanese architect and interior designer, created the project for a couple who wanted to spend most of the year on the island

Small dirt roads, where fishermen and locals linger for a drink. Nothing mundane, nothing noisy; the only music you hear is that of the island artist Paco Fernandez. The luminous house. With breathtaking views, from large structures overlooking spacious patios. Conceived and built to welcome and accommodate friends who come to visit
A distinct taste for recycled materials, directly taken from the ibizenchi friends or created for them. Few targeted, essential, natural and eco-friendly pieces
A philosophy of living, which Architect Cutini is pursuing in all his projects: respect for nature, combination of natural materials, such as untreated ground-level travertine or the tree trunk as the base of the table, mixed with design pieces such as the famous Verner Panton
The house is on 3 levels comprising part of a garden with swimming pool, and large outdoor terraces where you can sunbathe and relax in the spectacular sunset on Es Vedrà
