The walls and oak parquet floors were retained, which were renovated by turning to their natural shade. The kitchen was retained, the new geometry of the stair railing, however, was redesigned
All other areas and elements have been simplified as much as possible, brightened and harmonized so that the colors of the paintings and added furniture dominate against the backdrop of clean walls with a minimum of detailing
The original loggia separated from the courtyard has been glazed at facade level, creating an illuminated niche that extends the corridor with upholstered seating and at the same time another display area
The rule of working with empathy for specific people, their lives and needs is also confirmed in this project. To step out of our comfortable minimalist design zone, the investors themselves inspired us with their distinctive and nonconformist style
