Casa Cooper, Milanese pied-à-terre is tinged with red and blue

In the heart of NoLo in Milan comes to life Casa Cooper, a cozy 25 sqm mini apartment located in front of the charming Parco Trotter. This small living gem is nestled in a fascinating complex of row houses, which represent an authentic example of Milanese architectural tradition, characterized by a familiar atmosphere and a strong sense of community.

Custom Sewn Spaces for the Customer

GN Architetti expertly sews the 25 square meters of the Milanese pied-à-terre, compacting the service areas to the maximum and seeking to provide the utmost comfort to the users of Casa Cooper. One of the architecture projects of the studio was precisely to cleverly redesign the spaces of this mini apartment: the interior is conceived as a white box, in which the bathroom block and the bedroom, of minimal dimensions, are inserted.

The primary colors define the spaces

Red and blue: the primary colors tint two objects on a sterile plane, giving the environment a modern and essential look. The red block contains the bed, its custom-made sheet container underneath, and the walk-in shower accessible from both the living room and the foot of the bed. The blue block, on the other hand, conceals the heating and cooling systems, steam and odor emissions, the bathroom, and the old ducts, recovered and brought up to code.
