The monovolume architecture + design studio, in the Italian municipality of Lana, in the province of Bolzano, designs the single-family house named house G, with two above-ground floors and a basement floor with parking, equipped with large terraces, a swimming pool, and a spacious garden.
The almost completely flat terrain on which the villa is located allows direct access to the entire ground floor, also thanks to the presence of large terraces. On the ground floor of the building, there is a cloakroom, a living room with open kitchen, a storage room, a toilet, and a bedroom with a bathroom. One of the projects for single-family villas on multiple levels.
On the second floor there are more bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Access to the basement, equipped with a parking, a cellar, a gym and a bathroom, in addition to the normal technical rooms is by means of a ramp
Towards the garden, the house is composed of large glass facades, using sunlight optimally. A cladding of wooden slats contrasts with the white plaster. The sharp angles are generated by the juxtaposition of volumes and openings.
