House Born: the villa where light embraces architecture

Its innovative and functional architecture is the distinctive feature of Casa Nato, a single villa composed of three distinct volumes, each designed to accommodate specific functions. This configuration ensures an organized and harmonious living space, where each area is thoughtfully integrated with the others, creating a cohesive and contemporary environment.

Triad of elegance and harmony

The main actors of Casa Nato are the three distinct volumes that characterize it. Despite being separated in functions, they collaborate harmoniously to create a cohesive and well-organized living environment, where each space is designed to meet specific needs, without losing sight of the overall unity of the project. The architecture firm ZAD Zupelli Design Architettura, author of several architecture projects, has been able to evoke, in the villa project, a delicate balance between distinction and unity, managing to merge aesthetics and functionality into a harmonious whole that respects both practical needs and the desire for beauty and comfort.

The first volume: the services

The first of the three volumes has a reduced height and houses the service spaces, separated from the more public areas of the house. This separation not only ensures privacy and functionality but also allows for maintaining a visual order, where each element is in its place, contributing to creating a tidy and relaxing environment.

The second volume: entrance and sleeping area

The second volume has a greater height compared to the first volume and contains the entrance area and the sleeping area, a welcoming and private space. The bedrooms are designed to be havens of tranquility and comfort. The windows are strategically positioned to capture natural light, creating interplays of shadows that change throughout the day, offering a constant sense of connection with the rhythm of the external nature.

The third volume: the living area

The third volume, characterized by double height, houses the living area, a place for gathering and socializing, where the spaciousness and the large opening towards the outside invite to live both indoors and outdoors. The living area opens onto a porch, a natural extension of the indoor space, which leads to the outdoor pool. This seamless transition between indoor and outdoor is designed to promote a continuous dialogue with the surrounding nature, allowing daily life to unfold seamlessly between the domestic and outdoor spaces.

Harmony of lines and landscape

The slender shape of the building, with its clean and modern lines, has been designed to adapt to the narrow and elongated shape of the land on which it stands, creating a visual and functional dialogue with the surrounding environment. This configuration not only enhances the available land but also emphasizes the symbiotic relationship between architecture and landscape, where every detail is thought to reflect and respect the natural context in which the villa is located, transforming the residence into a true sanctuary of harmony and balance.

Meeting of warmth and modernity

The interior finishes, meticulously crafted, reflect a dedication to high-quality design. The oak parquet floors add a natural warmth to the spaces, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere. In the bathrooms, the use of resin cement introduces a touch of modernity and sophistication, combining aesthetics and functionality. The outdoor spaces, on the other hand, are enhanced by large-format porcelain stoneware tiles, which provide an elegant and long-lasting appearance, harmonizing perfectly with the architectural context of the villa.

Light and spaces: the art of illuminating

Natural lighting plays a central role in the design, thanks to the large openings that make the house extraordinarily bright. In addition to this, light design has been carefully studied, using recessed spotlights and LED strips to create an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. In the living area, majestic chandeliers overlook the double-height space, adding a unique aesthetic touch that emphasizes the elegance of the interiors.

Creative union of design and comfort

From the design phase to the choice of furnishings, the work was curated by ZDA Zupelli Design Architettura, in collaboration with Ghiroldi Design s.r.l. for the furnishing part. Thanks to this synergy, a home has been created that combines contemporary design, functionality, and comfort impeccably, offering a unique living space where every detail and design choice reflect an excellent level of quality.
