The location of Pokrinniemi House is unique: even though it's only a couple of kilometers from the center of the Finnish city of Hämeenlinna, the house stands on a small promontory surrounded by a lake, offering a precious natural view. Precisely because of the protection of this, the city's master plan has set strict regulations for new buildings
