A house, from one floor to two floors, how do I intervene on the existing space and construction?
This house was originally a one-story building and has been transformed into a two-story building to increase livability in the existing space.
The architecture firm Ren Ito Arq used a portion of the available facade to carry out the building renovation. Currently, on the first floor, there is a space where the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a large atrium are integrated. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one for the couple and one for the children, a shared bathroom, and next to it, the master suite with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Additionally, there is an office overlooking the atrium.
