Casa T is a single-family house located in Merano, consisting of a ground floor and a basement with a garage. To better adapt the house to the sloping terrain, monovolume architecture + design, an experienced studio in architectural projects, has designed two buildings at different levels connected by internal steps. The two forms merge into each other, emphasizing the structural interplay.
The design of the house is puristic and this simplicity is emphasized by using exposed concrete and creating glass facades and a flat roof covered with gravel. The living areas overlook a spacious terrace and the pool. A floating staircase leads to the garden.
