Building and natural environment

Architecture projects like this have a cultural and participatory impact. The project designed by architect Inca Hernandez proposes the creation of a space dedicated to the cultural promotion of the territory. The volume integrates with the regional vegetation through internal gardens that also function as a gallery, creating a platform where cultural and educational activities converge with a view of the ocean.

Design Details

The structure is designed to be elevated from the ground, simulating a mangrove swamp, allowing adaptability to ocean wave phenomena. The building facade, made with wooden trusses, allows the passage of sea breezes. This connection with the surrounding environment can also be found in the roof structure, which simulates ocean waves and serves as a skatepark.
