The new Charles Taylor offices, designed by Work+ by Serrano Monjaraz, are located in the Manacar Tower: a prime location with a very suitable design. Given that it is a large glass tower with sloping facades, the natural interior lighting is optimal. The ability to develop different distribution solutions for each office level has allowed for a more efficient corporate interior design project that maximizes space usage
Corporate interior design for the right balance between transparency and privacy in the new Charles Taylor offices
The achieved goal of the project for the Charles Taylor offices in Mexico City was to create a space that met the needs of this company, part of a global group focused on services for the insurance market

Both Work+ and Charles Taylor are entities committed to innovation and transparency in processes, starting from communication between leaders and work teams, which is then reflected in the design of the space. There are no exclusive zones, only formal and informal meeting areas; the new Charles Taylor offices provide an open environment where all employees can experience the space with the right balance between transparency and privacy
To achieve the ideal layout, it was essential to respect the building's axes and shape, concentrating all the enclosed spaces in the central core and leaving an open area where "bench" type systems were installed next to the facade to take advantage of natural lighting
