Designed by Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos, the College of Public Image features levels designated for parking, constructed with a reinforced concrete structure that boasts natural lighting and ventilation. From the fifth level upwards, the building houses the actual college spaces and has a metallic structure. Two grand staircases create interconnections between the floors, promoting physical movement
Mexico City's College of Public Image. A high-level building for a unique school in the world
The design for the College of Public Image spans a plot of 1,000 square meters with a 23-meter frontage. The permitted extension and height led to a vertical solution of 8 levels, crowned with a rooftop garden surrounded by gardens and water features

For the College, innovative materials were chosen along with the latest furnishing systems, in line with the teaching methods adopted in this postgraduate school, unique in the world. Naturally, the spaces are also designed for people with disabilities, ensuring that everyone can experience the various areas appropriately, adhering to respective evacuation standards
The building is designed with high sustainability standards, for instance, featuring rainwater harvesting systems, LED lighting, and the inclusion of a photovoltaic system. In this way, the school's users can enjoy well-designed, contemporary spaces with the right lighting and ventilation, providing ideal conditions for study, thereby increasing productivity and reducing absenteeism
