Corporattivo P10 is the project of a large office for a single person in Mexico City: a space with a masculine and refined character, but also friendly and above all functional
The Workspace
ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea designs the Corporativo P10 for their client: an office with everything necessary to be functional in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The workspace is defined by a large L-shaped desk that directly connects to a meeting lounge, equipped with a large screen for presentations or video calls. With a very informal vibe, although the tones are elegant, this space is also suitable for social gatherings
The reception area
The office is completed by another meeting area with a round table and a screen for presentations, a large equipped terrace overlooking the informal meeting room, a full bathroom, and an anteroom. The latter has been designed for the possibility of an increase in operational staff presence and as a welcoming area for visitors. Even in this area, the configuration is simple and functional but with refined tones given by finishes and colors
The moodboard for style and acoustic performance
In the interior design project, various shades of gray are used on walls, ceilings, paneling, and fabrics. Some walls are painted green, others have exposed brick, and the bathroom volume is covered in wood. This, along with the floor and the camel-colored leather upholstery, warms up the moodboard, which is further enriched by black accents from lamps and frames. For the floors, a vinyl material with a wood effect has been selected, which, in addition to being easy to install and requiring minimal maintenance, has interesting acoustic performance
