A triangular space in a building in Mexico City becomes the new Corporativo P8: private offices for executives, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, and a large open-plan operational space are distributed with a focus on workers' well-being and a chic aesthetic with dark tones and green accents
The extensive experience in office projects of the Mexican studio ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea has allowed the optimization of space for the realization of Corporativo P8, aided by the open floor plan of the building in which it is located. The design of the various office areas is organized following two axes, each parallel to a facade: the result is amplitude and light
Four private offices, two meeting rooms, and facilities make up the management area. The private rooms designated for executives are enclosed by glass walls that allow light to pass through to the adjacent spaces. This is the case of the wide corridor that is immediately formed outside, where a meeting room with a table for 10 people is set up. The second meeting room, larger and more informal, is located at the end of the corridor, at one of the vertices of the triangular floor plan; here is the equipment for presentations and online meetings
The operational area is a large, carefully designed open space to ensure the maximum comfort of employees. In addition to workstations and some enclosed offices for managers, whose activities require more privacy, there are also stations for small team meetings and a cafeteria. The furniture is light and functional, positioned according to production needs. The black-painted ceiling, shades of gray for carpeting, walls, and furnishings that characterize the design of Corporativo P8 are warmed and illuminated by accents of green and wood
