Designing showroom apartments poses a real challenge - you have to create a space that will attract a diverse audience without specific client guidelines. The main goal of the Departamento Parque Reforma project was to create not only a physical space that catches the eye but also an atmosphere that evokes a sense of belonging and the desire to say, "I want to live here"

A combination of neutrality and elegance

As part of the Parque Reforma project, the focus was on developing a basic program that encompassed both public and private areas within the residential context. The architectural firm López Duplan Arquitectos decided to create a neutral environment enriched with subtle and elegant color accents, aiming to establish an atmosphere conducive to a sense of belonging and openness to potential changes. The project was inspired by the concept of creating a kind of "canvas" ready to be painted by the future owner, resulting in a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics. The ultimate goal was to provide residents with a unique and personalized environment where neutrality and elegance served as a solid foundation for individual expressions and future adaptations

Departamento Parque Reforma stands out due to its fantastic views of the surrounding area, which have been taken into account both in the design of the entire building and in each apartment. A distinctive feature is the terrace, seamlessly integrating the outdoor space with the interior

Wood as the focal point of apartment decor

The central theme of the project is the use of wood as the primary decorative element. This material dominates both in the floors of the living and dining areas, as well as in the bathrooms, giving the overall space a harmonious and natural character. In the bedrooms, the decision was made to use wall-to-wall carpeting to create a cozy atmosphere. With this approach to design, each apartment not only fulfills its practical functions but also becomes a place that is both comfortable and stylish
