In the renovation project of the warehouse, named Sanda, the designers try to preserve the original identity of the building as much as possible. Above it, a two-storey penthouse overlooking the river has been added, with a copper roof, in contrast to the style of the warehouse

In Stad, on the other hand, a new building project, the condominium is characterized by a 15 metre long facade, with double-facing apartments. With the exception of one single column, the houses are without structure, guaranteeing total flexibility of space according to their individual needs
The two buildings are located side by side, reflecting the morphology and articulation typical of the historical buildings of this port area. The facades and the slight movements on them make it possible to deduce the scale of each residence in the building. The openings make it possible to detect the presence of larger living spaces on the upper floors and more intimate rooms on the first floor
