In the 830 sqm plot, with a surface allocated for the construction of 247 sqm, the floor plan of Elle Maison, designed by DAMILANOSTUDIO ARCHITECTS, is oriented north-south, but the building's facade moves on different axes. The first level of the house is dedicated to the living area with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a guest room, while the upper floor houses the sleeping area with the main bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe and a study

The different levels are connected by a concrete staircase, floored with glossy white quartzite slabs, rising in a single open space from the entrance to the roof. In this area of the house, a fireplace welcomes the family's guests. The roof is a garden-roof planted with Sedum to reduce the environmental impact and improve the energy efficiency of the villa
Attention is also paid to the external greenery around the house: along the external stairs that lead to the living area, there are three large planters made of Corten that contain trees, shrubs, and lavender, giving the garden olfactory and chromatic variety. All the external floors of the terraces are made of grey quartzite stone with a continuous glass railing whose structure is hidden beneath the terrace floor
