The rear elevation is open and a bay window greatly expands the interior space. The interior spaces are reconfigured and expanded. The predominant material used in the interior is plywood in part because of its recyclability credentials
Outside, the monochromatic material palette of white brick and dark metal are contrasted with the park's vegetation. Stairs connect the outdoor dining room and the raised garden terrace. The overall design improves the energy efficiency through insulation and glazing
