In the facade renovation project of the building, the designers choose to emphasize the ground floor, creating a strong and distinct base. The first level of the building, with its new gray-blue color framed in white, acts as an elegant frame for the EXPO KAHRS Cosmarredi, consequently enhancing the entire structure
Within the building enhancement process, one of the focuses is the energy requalification pursued through technological-functional improvements for energy containment.
Internally, in the premises dedicated to the company's wooden flooring showroom, a careful recovery of the original building elements, combined with the study of light and the use of wood on the ceiling, creates warm, refined, and unusual atmospheres
