The lot where the house is located is the one closest to the forest, with wide views of the Berounka river valley. The request of the clients was to have a shelter for a family with three children. There is a service block with a hallway, bathroom and technical room at the entrance which is surrounded by a living space with a study room

Villa Všenory, designed by ov architekti is situated in a very special location, along the railway on the outskirts of Prague, and is characterized by villas from the beginning of the last century and the atmosphere of the inter-war period
On the ceiling you can see the cross structure made of wooden boards, with a central column that divides the plan into four sections. Each section opens to different views thanks to a wide window. The space is connected with a terrace and a garden that offer a view of the valley
On the upper floor is the most private part of the house. The double-pitched roof is in keeping with the style of the surrounding houses, even if it differs from them in terms of materials. Thanks to the wooden structure, the construction on a steep slope was much easier
