Design: Between Modularity and Interaction

Among the interior design projects, this one draws inspiration from the natural structure of the building plant, which serves as the basis for a fluid and well-organized design. The barrios, or neighborhoods, represent the different sectors in which the space is divided. These are connected by strategic nodes that act as hubs of interaction, integrating collaborative areas, meeting spaces, and social zones.

The offices are modular and adaptable, with movable walls that allow spaces to be easily reconfigured based on companies' needs. This flexibility is at the core of the project, designed to respond to the changing rhythms of contemporary work.

Materials and finishes: functionality with style

Great attention has been dedicated to the choice of materials and finishes, with a focus on practical, durable, and easy-to-maintain solutions. The offices and common areas have been floored with vinyl with a wood effect, arranged in a dynamic pattern that creates a play of visual contrasts. For the service areas, on the other hand, porcelain stoneware floors and coverings have been selected, perfect for withstanding daily wear and tear.

A contemporary and industrial aesthetic

The color palette used reflects the innovative spirit of Flexoffices. Each neighborhood is characterized by vibrant and distinctive colors on the walls, which give personality to the spaces and make them easily recognizable. The exposed installations complete the design with an industrial and technological touch, in line with the avant-garde philosophy of the brand.

The modular furniture has been custom designed, with desks and furnishings designed to ensure maximum customization and comfort.
