Rethinking space: a house with minimalist and sophisticated design

In the lively city of Turin, Davide and Giorgia's home, purchased in 2019, has been transformed into an innovative and welcoming living space. Thanks to collaboration with a talented architect, the apartment underwent a renovation that optimized the available space, creating a minimalist and functional environment.

Space Optimization and Functional Design

Despite structural limitations, the architecture firm KK Architecture has successfully maximized the available spaces. The introduction of a second bathroom and the optimization of square footage have transformed the apartment into a contemporary retreat, characterized by a fluid and harmonious design. Every choice of furniture and finish, from the oak and iron details to the light parquet flooring, contributes to creating an elegant and welcoming environment.

Customization and attention to detail

At the center of the house renovation and design work, there is customization. Davide and Giorgia shared their preferences to create a tailored space according to their aesthetic taste. The entrance staircase, transformed into a functional design element, and the TV unit, the focal point of the living area, are examples of how every detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming and sophisticated environment.

The architect has overcome space limitations with innovative solutions, creating an island that invites conviviality. Natural light, emphasized by a large window and carefully designed lighting, makes the living area bright and welcoming, while the iron and wood details in the bathrooms add a touch of sophistication and modernity.
