Four luxury apartments and an architectural composition that uses classical canons to meet contemporary architectural needs. It is the building Moliere 91, located in one of the best areas of the Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City

A contemporary housing project

The Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos studio, with the Moliere 91, has created a building that adapts to the urban context thanks to its facade, which stands out with its golden ratio proportions. A contemporary housing project that houses four luxury apartments with a sober and elegant atmosphere. Each floor of the building has a different distribution of spaces, but they are always spacious and comfortable with independent access and various terraces. The full-height glass openings open the interiors towards the city.

Neutral yet distinctive finishes

The finishes of the apartments have been specifically chosen in neutral tones to allow future residents to personalize the spaces to their liking. However, they are characterized by luxurious large-format stone floors and coverings that emphasize the spaciousness of the rooms. The touch of warmth is brought by the fixed walnut wood elements. Energy efficiency and comfort are key points of the project, both inside the apartments and in the common areas. For the latter, a rainwater reuse system and LED lighting have been provided.

Gardens and ancillary premises

For the apartments of Moliere 91, a communal garden adjacent to the lobby has been created, along with two other green areas in the style of an "English courtyard" that allow for illumination and ventilation of the underground areas, below street level. In the basement, technical rooms and storage spaces for regular maintenance of the building have also been placed, along with 10 parking spaces and a freight elevator that ensures proper circulation.
