Bau-Consult Hermsdorf, has carried out a major concept and renovation work on the estate that lasted three years, designing the Superior Spa & Golf Hotel Weimarer Land, a building nestled in a landscape that for centuries has fascinated and inspired poets
The Weimarer Land Resort has a rural style, with large spaces, elegantly furnished, with 94 double rooms and suites. In addition, it consists of several themed restaurants, a terrace with breathtaking views of the golf courses and the forest that leads to a beautiful outdoor swimming pool
History and tradition harmonize perfectly in the functions of the complex, integrating the relaxed and luxurious style of the resort and the half-timbered buildings of the former manor house. The typical timber and masonry half-timbered facades have been scrupulously renovated, like the valuable mansard roofs, while Geopietra's light-coloured stone, square but not angular shaped, covers most of the basement walls of the large buildings
The limestone and eroded surface of the stones underline the authenticity and vigour of the Thuringia country house: the holistic approach of the entire project is well represented by the large Lindentherme SPA area
