The new DKA Headquarters are located on the 6th floor of a building in Sainte-Thérèse, Canada. One of the advantages of the new location is the sharing of meeting rooms with the entire building community, a principle that in office projects allows saving square meters that can be dedicated to the well-being of workers. DKA seizes the opportunity by creating an entrance to the headquarters that offers a splendid view of the surroundings and leads to the large shared equipped kitchen: a conducive space for meetings and informal exchanges

Choosing the most suitable workstation according to your needs

In the vast common space, moments are organized that enrich daily social interactions such as meetings, dinners, and game nights. The rest of the space, dedicated to work, is organized so that each workstation benefits from maximum comfort and a beautiful view. Everyone can choose the type of workstation that best suits their needs: from individual workstations to those for group work, with varying degrees of privacy

Comfort, panoramic view, and space efficiency

A central core houses the services, wardrobe, and entrance; around it develops the main circulation and work areas that have a clear view towards the outside. In the northern part of the central corridor, a large wall equipped for storage of materials and documents separates the laboratories from the space, creating more intimate closed areas. Even the larger laboratories to the south and east are separated to ensure the necessary acoustic comfort

All spaces at Headquarters DKA are designed with a focus on maximum acoustic and thermal comfort. The use of materials in neutral and natural tones, combined with homey decor, creates an informal and relaxed atmosphere that promotes harmony among people and a balance with productive efficiency
