House nestled on a steep slope. Breathtaking views of the Austrian landscape

The "House N" project, based in St. Gerold, an Austrian municipality in the district of Bludenz, Vorarlberg, was designed by architect Juri Troy and the result is a house that sits on a steep slope and enjoys an extraordinary view

The house is located at the highest point of the lot, and access to the lot is downward sloping. In order to save available resources, the basement is not built deep into the slope

Some of the walls are built using rammed earth. The furnace was prefabricated separately and then transported to the site. Thanks to the photovoltaic system inserted in the south of the roof, the house can benefit from sustainable energy
