The project named "House with four roofs", signed by the Denkkamer studio, is embraced on one side by a small scale forest, while on the other it offers a view over the vast landscape of the Peel. The house expresses in a new way the construction and life in the rural area of the Barabante Peel
Nestled in the lap of an ancient medieval agricultural area, the former site of an automobile company transforms into a "house with four roofs
"House with four roofs" is a new residential home, located on the former site of an automobile company on the outskirts of the village of Boekel, in North Brabant, amidst the structures of an ancient medieval agricultural area

The house is configured in four volumes, positioned in a cross shape, creating a central space with four wings, each with its own roof. Each wing has its function in relation to the surrounding countryside, while in the center, in the heart of the house, there is a room with a dining table and multimedia corner
The central space is the point through which all areas of the house are accessed. The abstraction in the details and the expressive openings of the facade give the house a monolithic appearance and strengthen the archetypal form, which makes the individual volumes readable from the outside
Closed masonry surfaces alternate with large facade openings that serve as geometric canvases on the landscape. In terms of size and scale, the thin aluminium frames fully serve the carefully detailed masonry. The choice of brick, a sintered coal extruded brick, unites the two characteristics of abstraction and craftsmanship in detail
