IFA Celtics offices: touches of color, fluid space, and natural light

Located inside the strategic Aleph Tower, in the southern area of Mexico City, the new offices of the pharmaceutical company IFA Celtics enjoy maximum fluidity of space, ensuring natural light and extraordinary views to all environments

The Aleph Tower and the central core of services that frees up space inside

When designing the interior layout for the headquarters of IFA Celtics, the Work+ studio can take advantage of an architectural feature that would be very favorable for all office projects: the Aleph Tower is designed in a way that it has a central core of services that frees up space inside its two wings. The reception area, which also includes the multi-purpose social space, is located in the central core and directs the distribution flows towards the two wings of the building

Interior distribution among privacy, informal atmospheres, and collaboration

The multipurpose area is also equipped for meetings, training moments, and as a forum. A corridor runs around the service core and ensures privacy within the IFA Celtics office space. The boardroom remains in the center, enjoying the most beautiful view. Formal meeting rooms and semi-private spaces, complemented by the CEO area, cover the core of the elevators. A Working Café, with its terrace-like atmosphere, breaks the feeling of being in an office

Bench-style desk systems, open executive offices, and phone booths

The directors of each department work in dedicated offices without walls separating them from their teams: a sort of containment screens define their space along with the materials used for furniture and finishes, wood tones and blue carpeting, different from other areas. The spaces for operational teams are closest to the building's glass facades, from which bench-style desk systems extend perpendicularly. "Phone booths" are placed utilizing the building's columns to ensure acoustic comfort. Various spaces with diversified furnishings offer employees and company visitors the perception of a welcoming environment
